- Summary of Strengths and Weaknesses
- Graphic Comparison Profile - shows how the candidate compares to successful mid-level managers. There are 72 different management templates to which a candidate can be compared. If the bubble is inside the green bar, the candidate is like successful managers in that position.
Intellectual Ability Results
- Abstract Reasoning Score - is a measurement of intellectual horsepower. Similar to IQ and a higher score is better.
- Critical Thinking Score - is a measurement of learned thinking abilities (deductive thinking, etc.) A higher score is better.
- Mental Alertness - measures intellectual quickness, and ability to "switch gears" back and forth between problem types. A higher score is better.
Personality Detail
- Thinking - tells you how the candidate's thinking process will influence their work.
- Working - describes the candidate's work behavior in terms of energy level, stress, multi-tasking, motivation, etc.
- Relating - describes how the candidate will work with others.
- Influencing - relates how the candidate's personality and intellectual abilities will help or hinder their ability to influence others in order to accomplish business goals.
Interview Probe Suggestions - Provide the in-depth interview questions necessary to help you make a sound hiring decision.
Management Suggestions - identify potential management problems with the candidate and give suggestions on what to do to overcome them.
