  • Graphic Comparison Profile - shows how the candidate compares to successful mid-level managers. There are 72 different management templates to which a candidate can be compared. If the bubble is inside the green bar, the candidate is like successful managers in that position.

Intellectual Ability Results

  • Abstract Reasoning Score - is a measurement of intellectual horsepower. Similar to IQ and a higher score is better.
  • Critical Thinking Score - is a measurement of learned thinking abilities (deductive thinking, etc.) A higher score is better.
  • Mental Alertness  - measures intellectual quickness, and ability to "switch gears" back and forth between problem types. A higher score is better.

Personality Detail

  • Thinking - tells you how the candidate's thinking process will influence their work.
  • Working - describes the candidate's work behavior in terms of energy level, stress, multi-tasking, motivation, etc.
  • Relating - describes how the candidate will work with others.
